Community-based adaptation activity grants—International Climate Change Adaptation Initiative
The Australian Government called for applications for Australian and international non-government organisations (NGOs) to work with local organisations to scale up current successful community–based adaptation activities or to build an adaptation component onto existing community-based activities in the Pacific region and East Timor.

Enterprise Challenge Fund for the Pacific and South-East Asia (ECF)
The ECF aims to reduce poverty by encouraging private sector led pro-poor growth. Through open competition, up to 50 per cent of project costs will be awarded to private sector firms to undertake projects in selected countries in the Pacific and South-East Asia. The scheme operates in nine countries (Fiji, Papua New Guinea, selected provinces of Indonesia, southern Philippines, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Cambodia, Laos and east Timor) and projects are currently underway.
